State and local regulators must keep pace with a fast-changing environment for medical and retail marijana. New market design is fraught with possible pitfalls and errors, some that are costly and difficult to repair. The Marijuana Policy Group (MPG) was there to help Colorado's Marijuana Enforcement Division, and the Department of Revenue to develop robust and innovative solutions to ensure a balanced retail marijuana market. The MPG is now helping the MED to benchmark their regulatory performance using deep data analysis.
